The only point outstanding in this liquidation

arpear to be the realization of the Mortgage on Reuter Brockelmann' & Co's property and certain small shareholdings held by the Bank on behalf presumably of enemy subjects. I see no particular point in realising the Banking security on the Reuter Brockel- mann property, though this will no doubt be done if that property is sold.

With regard to the small shareholdings, I think it will be desirable to call the Governor's attention
